Oddapy provides built-in support to assist you whenever you need help. You can easily create, track, and update your support tickets directly within the App. A service ticket is a tracking code of the service request.

How to Raise a Support Ticket
Tap to open the New Ticket Form:
Inputs
- Subject is a mandatory field.
- Details is mandatory. field.
Once the input is completed, tap 🗸 to create a new Ticket
Managing Your Tickets
- Tap on a ticket in the list to view its complete history in the Ticket Log.
- Ticket log entries are shown chronologically, sorted by posting date and time.
- To add new information or reply to Oddapy Support, open the ticket and tap the "+" button.
- Add the details and tap on ✔ button to save.
Understanding Ticket Status
Tickets have statuses to track their progress:
- Not Started: Assigned automatically when a ticket is first created.
- In Progress: Automatically updated when you or Oddapy support posts an update.
Important Notes
- Once a ticket moves from Not Started to In Progress status, the original subject and details become locked. You can no longer edit or delete the ticket.
- At this stage, you can only post updates or close the ticket when resolved.
Oddapy ensures a straightforward and efficient support experience directly within the app, so you can quickly get back to being productive.
Closing a Ticket
Closing a ticket means resolving a support request. When closed, the ticket can no longer be updated. To close a ticket, select Close from the context menu on the right edge of the ticket in the ticket list.
