Asset Props is the form that lets you view and manage the assets you create in Oddapy. Each asset has different types of information depending on the module it belongs to. Asset Props brings all of that into one place. You can view and update basic details, module-specific fields, attached files, tags, and shares. Everything is organized into sections so it’s easy to find what you need. You can open Asset Props by tapping on an asset in the Content Area.
Understanding the Assets
Every item you create under any module like a goal, note, shopping list, or album is called an asset. Assets are the core of how information is stored and managed and forms the building blocks of Oddapy. While each module has its own unique fields, all assets share a basic structure. Here are common fields shared by each asset:
- Cover photo: An optional image that visually represents the asset.
- Name: A required title for the asset.
- Description: An optional text area to explain or add details.
- Folder: Used to organize the asset in categorized location.
- Tags: Tags add an extra layer of classification to assets.
- Files: A section where you can upload and store related files.
