Explorer provides comprehensive, module-by-module control over your digital assets. It offers the most detailed and granular management experience, perfect for organizing and maintaining your digital life systematically.
Each module opens in the Content Area, your primary workspace for detailed asset management. The interface presents your assets in clear, organized layouts that adapt to each module's unique needs. View your assets in list when performing bulk operations, browse Albums in waterfall layouts, or explore your asset in good old card layout.
The Filter Bar provides sophisticated filtering capabilities within each module. Apply multiple filter conditions simultaneously to narrow down large asset collections. Filter by tags, folders, priority levels, or status conditions. These precise filters help you locate specific assets quickly, even in extensive collections.
Explorer excels at bulk operations and detailed editing. Select multiple assets for batch actions like tagging, moving to folders, or status updates. It serves power users who need comprehensive control over their digital organization. Whether you're conducting regular maintenance, reorganizing folder structures, or performing detailed asset reviews, Explorer provides the tools and workspace for thorough digital management.
The Content Area is the primary workspace in Oddapy, where all your owned assets are displayed in an organized and intuitive way.
What Happens in the Content Area?
- Displays assets from selected modules (Goals, Notes, Shopping List, Bookmarks, Albums and Documents).
- Supports multiple view modes to customize how assets appear:
- Card View: Large, cover-photo-based cards with name for a visual experience.
- Waterfall View: A cascading, dynamic layout that prioritizes visuals.
- List View: A compact, simplified way to browse assets efficiently.
- Filters and sorts assets based on criteria set in the Filter Bar.
- Allows you to edit, manage, share, and perform bulk actions on assets easily.
What Assets are Shown?
The Content Area displays all assets you own, which means:- You created the asset, the Creator Owner, or
- Another user shared the asset with you, Owner by Share.
Assets displayed in the Content Area are based on criteria selected from the Filter Bar. The options in the Explorer Menu determines how the assets are presented. Here is how to open the Explorer Menu:

You can set the number of cards displayed per row using the Explorer Menu. However, your chosen setting may adjust automatically to maintain Oddapy’s visual standards. For example, each card has a minimum width requirement of 300 pixels—so if your screen width is 1280 pixels and you select 5 cards per row, Oddapy will instead show 4 cards per row to ensure clear and optimal viewing.
Interaction with the Assets
When you hover the mouse pointer on an asset on a computer or tap on an asset on a mobile device, the information overlayer appears. It contain all the command you need to manage an asset. It look like as follows:

Toggling commands are those that can have opposing state. For example, an asset can be made Favorite. Once made, it can only be made unfavorite. So, Favorite is a toggling command.
Bulk Actions
You can interact with multiple asset by enabling multiple selection. Tap the button to enable multi-selection in the Explorer Menu. You can select individual items by ticking the check box on the top-left corner of each asset or select all items by ticking the checkbox on the Navigation Bar.
Notice all the commands are same as described above. It does have some additional commands like , and . These are toggling commands. This is because, different items can different current status. So all the commands are available.
In the List View mode, these actions are available via the (Context Menu) next to each asset.
Search Functionality
The Search Input in the Navigation Bar acts as an additional filtering tool:
- Enter a keyword and hit Enter to instantly find relevant assets.
- Works across all modules.
