Completing a Task

To mark a task as Completed, tap the circle in the top-left corner of the task.

🚨 Important

The current date and time are recorded when you mark a task as Completed. This is important for Habit Building tasks, which use this timestamp to measure performance. Complete tasks on time for accurate habit tracking.

Habit Building Score Card

The Score Card is accessible from the MyDay Menu:

MyDay Menu

The Score Card tracks your habit performance over a week. It uses a matrix layout with color-coded results. Rows show the days of the week; columns show each Habit Building task.

Score Card

How the Score Card Works

The report starts with the current week. Use the arrows to navigate to other weeks. The selected week is called the Applicable Week.

Oddapy selects all Habit Building tasks scheduled during the week. Each task’s calendar slot defines its Expected Completion Time (ECT).

When a task is marked Completed, the time is recorded as Actual Completion Time (ACT). Oddapy compares ECT and ACT to calculate performance:

  • Late: ACT is more than 5 minutes after ECT.
  • On time: ACT is within ±5 minutes of ECT.
  • Early: ACT is at least 5 minutes before ECT.
  • Missed: ECT has passed, task not completed.
  • Not due yet: ECT is still in the future.
🚨 Important

The filter bar is disabled when you are viewing the Score Card report.

Other reports in MyDay

MyDay view contains two additions lists apart from Pending Tasks and Score Card: Completed Tasks and Cancelled Tasks. Completed tasks shows the Tasks you hae completed today. Cancelled Tasks shows the task that you have cancelled today.
