Filter Bar

The Filter Bar is one of the most frequently used features in Oddapy. It helps you quickly locate and manage your assets within the content area by narrowing down large datasets efficiently.

🚨 Important

The best way to master data filtering is by experimenting. The more you explore the filters, the easier it becomes to organize and retrieve your assets.

How It Works?

  • Filters are context-aware, meaning they adapt to the module (or Calendar) you are viewing.
  • Some common filter options appear across all modules:
    • Tags: Categorize assets for quick access.
    • Attributes: Favorite, Locked, Archived, and Untagged assets.
  • The Applicable attention notes below each of the following sections tells you about the applicable views / module where a specific filter appears.

Mobile View Note: The Filter Bar is hidden by default on mobile devices. Tap the Toggle Filter of content menu button in the Navigation Bar to reveal it.

Tags

Tags let you label assets for faster search and filtering. Assets can have multiple tags, unlike folders. Tagging is optional but improves organization. Follow these steps to apply filter with Tags:

Tap to open the Tags selection form.

Tap to open the Tags selection form.

Tap the … to open the Tags Browser.
Goal Type

Select the tags

Select the desired tags and then tap 🗸.
