Folders help you group and organize assets by category. Use folders to keep related items together—like meeting notes, project documents, or holiday shopping lists. Some modules require folders, like Notes, Bookmarks and Documents. Others, like Albums, do not. You can create nested folders, rename them, or move them using drag-and-drop. Tags let you label assets with keywords for quick filtering. Unlike folders, you can add multiple tags to the same asset. Use tags to categorize your assets.
