These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Oddapy ("we," "us," "our") governing your use of the Oddapy application, website, and related services (the "Services"). Our Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

By using the Services, you confirm you've read and agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that notice means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes won't apply retroactively unless required by law. For minor wording or formatting updates, we may not provide advance notice.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction — for example, 13 in the U.S. under COPPA). If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
You'll need an account to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at security@oddapy.com.
You may not share your credentials, use someone else's account, or transfer your account without our written consent.
Oddapy offers free and premium tiers. Features in each tier are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

Use Oddapy for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
If we provide API access, you must follow our documentation and rate limits, and you may not share API credentials with third parties. We may restrict or revoke API access at any time.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or report illegal activity to authorities if these rules are violated.
You own everything you upload, store, or share through Oddapy. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the rights to it, that it doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights, and that it complies with applicable laws.
Oddapy may generate and use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your use of the Services for purposes such as monitoring usage trends, improving performance, and enhancing service quality. This data cannot be used to identify you or any individual user.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or that could expose us to liability. We'll notify you when feasible.
If you share suggestions or feedback about our Services, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We encourage you to read it carefully.
The Services — including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all related materials — are owned by or licensed to Oddapy and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Services, or remove proprietary notices or use our branding without written consent.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed through the Services, send a notice to legal@oddapy.com that includes: identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate.
Oddapy may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Drive, calendar apps). We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
When you connect a third-party service to Oddapy, you authorize us to access your data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party integrations are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES — EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ODDAPY AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Oddapy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or any law, your violation of third-party rights, or any content you submit through the Services.
We may, at our own expense, assume the defense of any such matter, and you agree to cooperate with us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Step 1 — Talk it out. Before filing any formal claim, contact us at legal@oddapy.com. We'll try to resolve things within 30 days.
Step 2 — Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, disputes (except small claims and IP matters) will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, administered by a recognized arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision is final.
YOU AND ODDAPY AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY — NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing legal@oddapy.com from your registered email. This arbitration agreement survives termination of your account.
You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. If you choose to delete your account, any remaining subscription period, promotional credits, or offer entitlements will be forfeited immediately with no refund or compensation, regardless of how much time remains on your subscription or any active promotional offer.
We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, remain inactive for an extended period, or upon law enforcement request.
Upon termination, your access ends immediately and we may delete or archive your data. We recommend downloading anything you want to keep before closing your account. After termination, we'll delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless we're legally required to retain it.
If you believe your account was terminated in error, contact legal@oddapy.com to appeal.
We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or infrastructure failures). We'll provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
Oddapy is managed from Bangladesh, with servers and infrastructure hosted in various locations globally. Your data may be stored, processed, or transferred across these locations as necessary to provide the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to this cross-border transfer and processing of your data.
If you access the Services from outside the countries where Oddapy operates or hosts its infrastructure, you are responsible for complying with your local laws, including any applicable data protection regulations. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, regardless of where you are located.
Some features may not be available in all regions due to legal or operational reasons.
