1. Offer Overview

This Launch Offer ("Offer") is made available during Oddapy's launch in select promotional channels. By completing a purchase under this Offer, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

• "Offer" refers to the Oddapy Launch Offer described herein, providing a two-year subscription (730 days) at a promotional price during the specified Offer Period.
• "User" refers exclusively to an individual who has successfully completed a purchase under this Offer during the Offer Period using a valid promotional code. This definition is limited in scope to this document and does not alter the definition of "User" under Oddapy's general Terms of Service.
• "Offer Period" refers to the validity window defined in Clause 4 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "Oddapy" refers to the platform and its governing authority responsible for operating and maintaining the service.

3. Relationship to Oddapy Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

These Terms & Conditions constitute a subset of and are supplementary to Oddapy's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and Oddapy's general Terms of Service, the general Terms of Service shall prevail unless a specific provision herein expressly overrides it. By purchasing under this Offer, Users acknowledge that they have read and agree to Oddapy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Offer Period

This Offer is valid from April 16, 2026 at 12:01 AM PDT to May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT. Purchases made outside this window will not qualify for the Launch Offer terms.

5. Eligibility & Availability

This Offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is strictly limited to a maximum of 1,500 users across all channels combined. Once the cap is reached, the Offer will be automatically withdrawn without prior notice. Current availability will be reflected on the offer page in real time.

6. Redemption

To redeem this Offer, Users must apply the appropriate promotional code — based on the channel through which they discovered the Offer — before proceeding to checkout.

Each code is single-use, non-transferable, and valid only within the Offer period stated in Clause 4. The Offer will not be applied without a valid code. Misuse or unauthorized sharing of promotional codes may result in disqualification.

7. Subscription Period

The Offer grants Users a subscription period of 730 days (approximately two years), commencing immediately upon successful payment. This is a one-time, fixed-term subscription and does not renew automatically. Users wishing to continue after the 730-day period must subscribe separately under the pricing plan applicable at that time.

8. Benefits

During the subscription period, Users will enjoy full Oddapy subscriber benefits, including unlimited objects and 15 GB of storage. No feature restrictions will apply relative to standard paid subscribers.

9. Feature Roadmap & User Participation

Users commit to participating in periodic feature polls conducted by Oddapy to help prioritize the product roadmap. While voting results will serve as a primary input, Oddapy reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or delay any feature — including those voted for — at its sole discretion, with a reasonable explanation provided to Users. AI-related features will be subject to community discussion and voting but will be implemented solely at the discretion of Oddapy. The final feature list will be published by July 15, 2026, and Oddapy will endeavor to implement the agreed features within nine months of that date. While April 15, 2027 serves as the target implementation date, Oddapy reserves the right to extend this timeline due to technical complexity, resource constraints, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, with timely communication provided to Users on any such changes.

10. Progress Updates

Oddapy will provide Users with a monthly update on feature development and implementation progress via email and/or in-app notifications.

11. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are processed through Oddapy's designated payment processor. This Offer is non-cancellable and non-refundable. For any payment-related concerns, Users must contact Oddapy support at promo-offer@oddapy.com in the first instance. Notwithstanding Oddapy's refund policy, the final determination on any refund or payment dispute may be subject to the policies and discretion of the applicable payment processor and relevant financial regulations.

12. Governing Authority

All matters relating to the interpretation, enforcement, and modification of these Terms & Conditions are governed solely by Oddapy. Oddapy reserves the right to amend these terms with reasonable prior notice to Users.

13. Force Majeure

Oddapy shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, regulatory changes, internet or infrastructure outages, third-party service failures, pandemics, or any other event that could not have been reasonably anticipated or prevented. In such events, Oddapy will notify Users as soon as reasonably practicable and will resume performance of its obligations as soon as circumstances permit.
